He has 20 years’ experience in conducting analysis for infrastructure planning and economic development. His previous experienced includes working with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, multiple state and local governments, and private sector transportation clients on projects such as freight movement, resiliency of infrastructure, benefit cost analysis, and regional economic forecasting.
