Rakshay Shah is currently the Carbon Program Manager for the Marine Sector in the Sectors and Decarbonisation Business. In his current role, he focuses on developing alternative fuels pathways and value chains to help Shell’s Marine customers decarbonize. These customers range from container shipping companies to cruise lines.

Rakshay has over 25 years of experience in the energy industry, including 19 years with Shell in a variety of Commercial, Operational, Technical, Strategic, and Finance roles. He has deep experience in renewable energy, low carbon fuels, downstream chemicals, and refining. Rakshay has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from Louisiana State University.
